Rita finds painting the most challenging and rewarding thing to do. She has always been creative and especially loves to explore how things are made.

Raised in Berlin Germany and believes that it has a huge influence on her work today. She was exposed to a city with a very mixed culture and great art at every corner.  Interior Design is the career pursued for most of her life. Designing custom bathrooms, kitchens, fireplaces, etc. has allowed her to explore her creative side. Recently left that world behind and decided to go back to the love of painting

As a self-taught artist, her explorations included painting, mixed media, pottery, sculpture, and glass. Making art  she finds to be deeply rewarding and through emotional expression,  discovering an evolution of subjects and techniques. Now living in beautiful Merritt Island, she is happily creating Art!
