For Beginners or Advanced painters, our MASTERS SERIES allows Jan to lead you through each Master painter to develop this specific painting with the Master in mind; but, using your particular colors and materials. Although Jan is not an Art Historian, she has studied extensively in the arts and various techniques of the masters. Have fun creating YOUR OWN Key West Boats painting with some of Homer's techniques and his story. We will experience this in Watercolor. You may useAcrylic, if preferred.
Upcoming Master Series include: Monet, Pissaro, Sargent, Manet, Sisley, Signac, Homer, Van Gogh, and Sandby, concluding 12/17/24.

No supplies are included. If participant wishes supplies for this 9 x 12 painting, the fee is $45 payable to the instructor. Must make prior arrangements with Jan, 321 426 6485. Suggested supply list will be sent when registration is received.
Instructor: Jan is a professional artist and instructor. With her BFA and Masters in Education and Art, she brings her 50+ years of experience to the participants in every class. She believes that: "it is important to interpret art as you wish; to enjoy the art of painting; to not feel the need to copy any painter/instructor; and to feel progress, which is her passion"! she works to develop each persons' individual style and desires.
