Our Masters Series allows Jan to lead you through each Master painter to develop this specific painting with the Master in mind; but using your particular colors and materials. Although Jan is not an Art Historian, she has studied extensively in the arts and various techniques of the masters. Have fun hearing a little about the artist and creating YOUR OWN Starrie Night with some of Van Gogh's techniques led by Jan.
Instructor Bio: Jan is a professional artist and instructor. With her BFA and Masters in Education and Art, she brings her 50+ years of experience to the participants in every class. She believes that: " it is important to interpret art as you wish; to enjoy the art of painting; to not feel the need to copy any painter/instructor; and to feel progress, which is her passion"! She works to develop each person' individual style and desires.
